We’re here to promise you peace of mind, knowing your parenting journey begins with us. Peace of mind includes price! So, if you find the identical product (same brand, model, colour, and a new-boxed item for delivery/ collection that day) from a competitor, we’ll match the price.

 

PLUS, if you are a Bub Club™ member you’ll receive a further 5% off!

 

The price promise:

• does not apply to offers by vendors outside New Zealand, rain checks, quotes, or special orders, liquidation sales, clearance or warehouse outlets, manufacturers clearance, auction websites or private sellers, and any other discount such as Gold Cards.
• is at our discretion, and we retain the right to refuse the match without disclosing the reason.

Once our team has verified these terms and conditions, we will gladly action the price promise.

How do I request a price promise in store?

Simply ask our team to verify if it meets our terms and conditions, once it has been verified and authorised, the team will match the price for you during your transaction.

How do I request a price promise online?

Please email our web team at weborders@babycity.co.nz with the URL linking to the competitor’s offer, and the team can verify it, and process your transaction from there. Our web orders email is manned Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm. For urgent weekend inquiries about a price promise, please ring your nearest store, the team can verify a price promise and process sales over the phone.
