This soothing, aromatic balm is made for external use only, creating a comforting sensory experience when applied to the chest and back as part of your baby’s bedtime or wind-down routine. The gentle aroma helps foster calm and relaxation, creating those breathe-easy moments parents appreciate during the colder months.
Thoughtfully formulated for babies from 3 months+. Rather than relying on strong, menthol-heavy oils, our baby formula uses age-appropriate essential oils selected for their gentle aromatic qualities, helping create a calm, comforting environment without overwhelming sensitive systems.
Free from harsh ingredients and made with care, this balm offers parents a gentler alternative to conventional vapour rubs, with a focus on comfort, ritual, and reassurance.
How to use: For external use only. Apply a small amount to the chest or back as part of a calming routine. Gently massage and allow the aroma to naturally disperse. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Why age-specific formulations matter: Not all essential oils, or their naturally occurring constituents, are suitable for young children. Our baby chest rub is formulated in line with current safety guidance, carefully avoiding high levels of components such as menthol and 1,8-cineole, which are commonly found in oils like eucalyptus and peppermint and are not recommended for very young children.
Instead, we’ve chosen safer, age-appropriate aromatic oils, creating a formulation that prioritises comfort without compromise.
